I see you, mama.
When you’re awake in the middle of the night while everyone else is sound asleep; I see you.
When you’re so dang tired you put your shirt on inside out; I see you.
When you’re microwaving your coffee for the fifteenth time because every time you sit down to drink it, someone needs you; I see you.
When you’re eating cold Chinese food with one hand while holding a crying baby in the other; I see you.
When you lock yourself in the bathroom just so you can have one quick moment of peace; I see you.
When the dishes pile up and the laundry isn’t done and you feel like a failure because you “didn’t get anything done today”; I see you.
When you’re crying on the floor because you just don’t have anything left to give; I see you.
When you feel invisible to the world around you and you’ve lost yourself in the demands of this season; I see you.
I see you, mama.
And so does Jesus.
You are passionately pursued by a King who perfectly designed you for such a time as this.
You are strong, you are loved, and you are absolutely more than enough…
Even when.
